Heather Weller was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Since graduating Arizona State University in 2021,with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, she continues to pursue a future in the arts. During her career, Heather has had the pleasure of apprenticing for painter Alexei Butirskiy. She has also claimed several features in articles and publications such as the recent “2023 Best of the Valley” edition of PHOENIX magazine.

     Heather is a painter who explores themes related to the human subconscious through figure, and still life paintings. She aims to give life to the inner world of dreams and nightmares alike. History and art of the classical world remains a reigning influence in Heather’s work. She draws inspiration from time periods such as the Renaissance, and Baroque eras.
